Returns and refunds
I am a Consumer, what guarantees do I have?
In accordance with Legislative Decree 206/2005 (Italian Consumer Code) and subsequent amendments, all Products sold on the Website are covered by the legal guarantee in favor of the Consumer, in the event of a lack of conformity that becomes apparent within 24 months of delivery.
In the event of a lack of conformity, the Consumer may request from Shop.mambrettimetalli.it, at no cost, the following remedies, as provided for under Article 135-bis of the Consumer Code:
- repair or replacement of the purchased Product;
- reduction of the purchase price;
- termination of the Sales Contract.
The remedy requested by the Consumer may also be provided through the intervention of Technical Assistance Centers authorized by the Manufacturer, unless the request is objectively impossible or excessively burdensome, as provided for under Article 135-bis of the Consumer Code.
To exercise the legal guarantee, the Consumer may also submit the report by accessing the “Contact us” section of the website or by sending a certified email (PEC) to bricoman@pec.bricoman.it.
What is the Consumer’s right of withdrawal?
The right of withdrawal applies only to online sales and may concern all purchased goods or only part of them, excluding products made to measure or customized.
The Consumer has the right to withdraw from the Sales Contract, without any penalty and without providing any reason, within 14 days from receipt of the Product.
If the Consumer decides to exercise the right of withdrawal, they must notify Shop.mambrettimetalli.it.
The notification may also be made using the appropriate Single Form, available in the reserved area of the Website or at the link, attaching proof of purchase.
At the same time as exercising the right of withdrawal, the Customer must return the Product within 14 days, via:
- shipment to the Store selected at the time of purchase;
- direct delivery to any Store.
The Consumer must use a shipping method and packaging appropriate to the type of product, in order to return the Product intact in all its parts.
In any case, in order to be entitled to a refund of the price paid, the Product must be returned intact, in normal condition, in its original packaging and complete with everything originally included (including instruction manuals and accessories). In case of shipment, the Customer must affix the withdrawal notice and the Order number on the outside of the package.
The costs of returning the product are borne by the Consumer.
Within 14 days of receiving the withdrawal notice, Shop.mambrettimetalli.it will:
- carry out the necessary checks;
- refund the price;
- refund the preparation and shipping costs related to the Products.
I am a Professional, what guarantees do I have?
The Consumer Code reserves the right of withdrawal exclusively to Consumers (natural persons purchasing goods for purposes unrelated to their professional, commercial, or business activity); therefore, the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised by legal entities or by natural persons acting for purposes related to any professional activity carried out.
As an exceptional measure, Shop.mambrettimetalli.it also offers Professionals the possibility to withdraw within 14 days from receipt of the Product, under the return conditions set out in the previous article. In such case, however, the Professional will be refunded only the cost of the Product, excluding any other costs incurred for preparation or delivery of the Product.
The costs of returning the Product are borne by the Professional.
As regards the warranty for defects in the Products, Articles 1490 and following of the Italian Civil Code apply to Professionals.
In particular, the Professional may enforce the warranty provided that they report the defect within 8 days of discovery and within 12 months of delivery.

What are the liability limitations of Shop.mambrettimetalli.it?
Shop.mambrettimetalli.it assumes no responsibility for disruptions caused by force majeure or unforeseeable circumstances, nor for malfunctions or service interruptions of the internet network, in cases where it is unable to fulfill the Order within the terms set out in the Contract.
Shop.mambrettimetalli.it cannot be held responsible in case of unavailability of one or more Products.
Shop.mambrettimetalli.it shall also not be liable for delays, damages, losses, or costs incurred by the Customer as a result of non-performance of the Sales Contract due to causes not attributable to it, the Customer being entitled only to a full refund of the price paid and any related additional charges incurred.
What is the applicable law and competent court?
The General Terms and Conditions are governed by Italian law.
In the event of disputes, the court of the place of residence or domicile of the Customer, if located in Italy, shall have jurisdiction; otherwise, the court of Shop.mambrettimetalli.it shall apply.
