How do I receive the Products I ordered?
- Home Delivery
In the case of home delivery, Shop.mambrettimetalli.it will arrange delivery of the Products through couriers and/or carriers selected and proposed to the Customer based on the delivery location and the type of Products, in order to offer the lowest possible cost for the Service provided. The Products will be delivered to the address specified by the Customer in the Order. The Customer is responsible for verifying that the delivery address information is correct during order completion and subsequently through their personal account area on the Website.
Preparation and shipping times average 10 business days and may vary depending on the Products ordered. In the case of payment by bank transfer, such times shall commence from the date payment is received.
Methods, timing, and costs of preparation, shipping, and any ancillary Services will be specified in the Order Receipt Confirmation.
Delivery is always made “curbside”.
A courtesy copy of the invoice will be delivered together with the Products. Upon delivery, the Customer must verify that the number of packages corresponds to the quantity indicated in the accompanying documentation and that the Product packaging is intact, undamaged, and neither wet nor altered. Subject to applicable law, once the Customer has signed the carrier's delivery document without specific reservations, no claims may subsequently be made against Shop.mambrettimetalli.it regarding the quantity or visible defects of the delivered Products.
