General terms and conditions of distance selling

Definitions

“General Terms and Conditions”: these rules governing the remote purchase of Products and Services (as defined below) made on the website shop.mambrettimetalli.it, also in accordance with the Consumer Code (Legislative Decree no. 206/2005 and subsequent amendments) and e-commerce regulations (Legislative Decree 70/2003); the General Terms and Conditions are an integral part of every Purchase Order and Sales Contract (as defined below) of Products sold on the Website; they apply in the version in force at the date of the relevant Order. In case of changes to the General Terms and Conditions, the General Terms and Conditions published on the Website at the time the Order is submitted by the Customer shall apply; these General Terms and Conditions are updated as of March 2026;
"Products" or “Product”: all products sold by Shop.mambrettimetalli.it on the website shop.mambrettimetalli.it;
“Services”: all services sold by Shop.mambrettimetalli.it, including those ancillary to the sale of Products, offered on the website shop.mambrettimetalli.it;
“Shop.mambrettimetalli.it”: the seller of Products and Services, namely Mambretti Metalli S.r.l., Via I° Maggio, 312, 30022 Ceggia (VE), Chamber of Commerce of Venice no. VE-282302 of the Companies Register, Tax Code and VAT no. 03091660278;
“Store” or “Stores”: the Shop.mambrettimetalli.it retail point(s) that offer the “online sale” service on the Website;
“Website”: the collection of web pages accessible via the URL shop.mambrettimetalli.it;
"Consumer": a natural person purchasing for purposes not related to any commercial, industrial, craft, or professional activity carried out;
“Professional”: a natural or legal person purchasing for purposes related to a commercial, industrial, craft, or professional activity;
“Customer”: individuals, Consumers or Professionals, purchasing Products in accordance with the instructions on the Website and these General Terms and Conditions;
“Purchase Order” or “Order”: an order with payment obligation placed by the Customer by completing the forms and entering all required data during the purchase process on the Website and submitting them to Shop.mambrettimetalli.it, including by telephone or WhatsApp via the link published on the Website;
“Sales Contract” or “Contract”: the contract concluded between the Customer and Shop.mambrettimetalli.it after the Order Confirmation is sent by Shop.mambrettimetalli.it, subject to termination upon full payment of the amount indicated in the Purchase Order;
“Order Confirmation”: email sent by Shop.mambrettimetalli.it to the Customer upon receipt of an Order;
“Collection Invitation”: email sent by Shop.mambrettimetalli.it inviting the Customer to collect the Products at the Store selected during purchase;
“Single Form”: form downloadable via the following link, required to collect the Product in Store, appoint a representative for collection, and exercise the right of withdrawal.

What do I need to do to purchase on shop.mambrettimetalli.it?

Choose the reference Store on the Website;
register on the Website and provide the necessary data for order processing;
review the Products as shown in the product information pages: please note that product images may contain minor errors, inaccuracies, or differences compared to the actual Product; therefore, product photos are for illustrative purposes only and are not contractually binding;
follow the purchase procedure on the Website, check price and availability of Products, and select the desired items; prices shown refer to the selected Store and are the same as in the physical store. Some Products may be marked “on order” or “check price in store”;
verify costs of Services such as preparation fees, shipping fees, and any other services offered by Shop.mambrettimetalli.it;
carefully read and accept the General Terms and Conditions;
keep a copy of the General Terms and Conditions for reference;
acknowledge that changes to the General Terms and Conditions apply to the Order at the time it is placed;
check all personal data before submitting the Order;
submit the Order to Shop.mambrettimetalli.it.

What does Shop.mambrettimetalli.it do?

Provides Product descriptions including technical features and certifications;
confirms receipt of the Order via Order Confirmation email;
checks Product availability;
prepares and packages Products;
informs the Customer that goods are ready for pickup/shipping via Collection Invitation;
stores Orders digitally and/or physically in compliance with applicable law (Legislative Decree 70/2003, Article 12);
ensures that Consumers may return WEEE electrical/electronic equipment when purchasing new items, in accordance with applicable regulations.

How is the Sales Contract concluded?

The Sales Contract is concluded when the Customer receives the Order Confirmation email.

Upon receipt of the Order Confirmation, the Customer has already paid (via credit card or PayPal) or will pay (via bank transfer) the total amount of the Order.

In any case, shipment or collection of Products will only occur after full payment has been received.

If payment is not made according to the terms indicated, Shop.mambrettimetalli.it may cancel the Order and refuse to execute the Contract.

Shop.mambrettimetalli.it may also cancel Orders in the following cases:

false or incorrect personal data;
previous breach of contract by the Customer;
insolvency proceedings;
failure to respond to contact attempts;
failure to collect goods within 7 days after reminder;
any other case incompatible with business interests or policies.

Can I place orders by phone?

Shop.mambrettimetalli.it allows telephone ordering support in selected Stores. Customers must have an email address to receive order confirmations, payment instructions, and collection invitations.

Payment methods for telephone orders will be communicated by email.

What happens if products are unavailable?

Product availability refers to availability at the time of order placement.

In some cases, products may become unavailable due to simultaneous purchases, technical errors, or supply issues.

In such cases, the Customer will be contacted to modify the Order if necessary.

What do Product prices include?

All prices are in Euros and include VAT and any applicable taxes. Preparation and delivery costs are shown during checkout.

Errors in pricing may occur. In such cases, the Customer may either accept the correct price or cancel the Order with a refund.

How can I pay?

Bank transfer: must include Order number, date, and amount. Payment must be made to Mambretti Metalli S.r.l. within 7 days.
Credit cards: payment is processed via secure banking systems. Pre-authorization is required and actual charge occurs upon preparation or shipment. The Order may be cancelled in case of irregularities.

How are refunds processed?

Refunds, including those due to cancellation, are issued using the same payment method used for the purchase, according to banking timelines.
