What do the Product prices include?
All Product sales prices shown on the Website are expressed in Euros and include VAT, any other applicable tax and, where required by applicable law, the WEEE eco-contribution.
Preparation, delivery costs and any additional delivery costs, if present, are indicated and calculated during the purchase process and clearly specified at the Order stage and in the Order Receipt Confirmation.
Product prices shown on the Website may exceptionally contain errors or omissions beyond the control of Shop.mambrettimetalli.it. In case of errors, inconsistencies or if the price shown on the Website is manifestly incorrect and/or significantly lower than the actual price applied to the product offered, the Customer will be contacted by the Store to proceed with the modification of the Order. The Customer may choose whether to:
- pay the price difference and receive the Product delivery; or
- cancel the Order, with subsequent refund of the amount paid.
If the correct price of a Product is lower than the one shown on the Website, the Customer will be charged only the lower correct price and the Product will still be shipped/delivered.
How can I pay?
- Bank transfer
The payment reference must indicate ORDER NUMBER, DATE and AMOUNT, or the alternative wording indicated in the Order Receipt Confirmation.
The Bank Transfer must be made in favor of Mambretti Metalli S.r.l. using the methods indicated in the Order Receipt Confirmation and within the following 7 calendar days, otherwise the Order will be cancelled.
If you wish to benefit from the IRPEF tax deduction, you must tick the appropriate option before completing the purchase. In this case, only bank transfer payment will be available, according to the specific procedures required by current regulations.
- Credit Cards
To make a payment by Credit Card, the Customer will be redirected to the secure server of BNL bank.
Shop.mambrettimetalli.it accepts the most common credit cards, including prepaid and rechargeable cards, without any additional fee.
At the time of entering Credit Card details, only a pre-authorization of the payment is requested, with a hold on the necessary credit limit for the purchase. The actual charge is made when the Products are ready for pickup or delivery.
For greater transaction security, a personal security code may be requested.
If Shop.mambrettimetalli.it detects irregularities in the Credit Card payment, the Order will be cancelled, with immediate communication to the Customer.
How are refunds processed?
Unless otherwise agreed between the parties, any refunds, including those resulting from Order cancellation, will be credited using the same payment method used by the Customer, according to the timing of the specific payment channels.
